Subprocessors

Genius Loci uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help us deliver and operate the Services. This page lists the current subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf in connection with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — typically Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — and limit the data shared to what is strictly necessary for the specific service.

Updates and right to object
Genius Loci may update this list from time to time as we add, replace, or remove subprocessors. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. By continuing to use the Services after such updates, the Customer is deemed to have consented to the updated list.
If a Customer reasonably objects to a newly added subprocessor on legitimate data protection grounds, the Customer may notify us within 30 days of the update by writing to support@geniusloci.homes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to address the objection. If we are unable to resolve it, the Customer may terminate the affected Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
